Delivery times
Once your order is confirmed, we take approximately 1 to 3 business days to prepare your package. Delivery times then depend on the carrier you choose.
You should receive your order within a total of 3 to 10 business days.
* During holiday periods, processing and shipping times will be specified on our website.

Casabé is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders or for errors made by delivery companies.
If a problem arises with your order, please contact us so we can resolve the situation with the carrier.
I made a mistake in my delivery address. What should I do?
Please email us as soon as possible, and our customer service team will make the necessary changes. Note that additional shipping charges will apply for reshipments of packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is very important to always double-check your shipping address.
